Melanie Mehrabi, MS, is a former Division I NCAA athlete turned Mental Performance Coach, helping athletes strengthen the psychological side of competition. With a master’s degree in Sport Psychology and years of experience coaching high school, collegiate, and elite competitors, Mel teaches athletes how to manage emotions, sharpen focus, build resilience, and develop the mindset required to win consistently – in sport and in life.
